The Human Rights Defenders (defenders) started out as a private membership association. Since then it has grown into a National Police Force for the Government of The United States of America. It’s permanent department is now the Department of Human Rights Defenders within the office of the Secretary of State for the Government of The United States of America.

Capacity Served:

The Human Rights Defenders can serve in a few capacities.

1: Private Investigator- The reason for this capacity is because the Government does not tax the American Nationals. So the defenders are permitted to privately contract with American Nationals on a pay basis while having access to Government resources. This condition benefits the defender and the American National.

2: Agent: When an affidavit is sent to, the Secretary of the Human Rights Defenders assigns a defender to the case. The defender is in the capacity of an agent on the case at that time. The agent performs a few tasks:

A: Contacts the Clerk for the Human Rights Tribunal for a case number. Then contacts the affiant.

B: Verifies the Notarized signature is authentic by calling the Notary that notarized the affidavit. This step secures and verifies that a fraud has not been committed.

C: Collects the addresses of the parties that have a tort claim against them.

D: Sends all of the information to the Notary Presenter for a Notarial Presentment process.

3: The affiant is strictly forbidden from contacting the Notary Presenter or the Clerk. The affiant always contacts the affiants agent for all questions and status check of the case.

4: Once the Notarial Presentment process is concluded and there is no answer to the tort claim. The Notary Presenter sends all records with full chain of title to the Clerk to be placed on the court docket. The agent is notified and in turn the agent contacts the affiant for court date notification.

5: In the event the affidavit is answered by the respondent. The agent will attempt to resolve the conflict in a peaceful manner with access to the Committee for the Government of The United States of America for advice and council.

The respondent is free to request council, either by their own choosing, or an agent will be appointed to the respondent. If the respondent is not secure with the appointment, a lawyer is available at the International Lawyers Association of the Reign of the Heavens, or from the American BAR Association.

6: A non-response case will take up to 45 to 60 days from start to final Judgment. The process is created to keep specific details in that the chain of title is not broken from the time the affidavit is sent to final judgment.

Amount in damages that an affiant can claim:

1: The Universal Declaration of Human Rights Declared Value in Continental Dollars!

A: The exchange rate to other currencies will be set by the Human Rights Tribunal.

The Human Rights Tribunal:

The Human Rights Tribunal (tribunal) was established on July 20th, 2014. LINK Since that time the tribunal has made many people aware of their human rights all around the country. It has now been established as a higher tribunal above the General Post Master Council. However, the tribunal has National and International jurisdiction where the General Post Master Council has mainly National jurisdiction. The court structure is as follows:

A: General Post Office where a complaint can be filed with a General Post Master and the conflict can be arbitrated at that level and is a private hearing to settle a matter.

B: Upon appeal: An affidavit is sent to and that process is written above.  The agent can send the case to either the General Post Master Council or the Human Rights Tribunal depending on the status of the parties. Rules and Procedures Link. The rules and procedures are generally the same for both courts of record.

C: The assembly for the Government of The United States of America is the last appeal. If the judicial process fails, then the American Nationals decide the case which is final.

Foreigners are very welcome to use the courts of the Government of The United States of America. All are treated the same regardless of status. The process is in accordance and with the International Standards as written in the International Standards of Due Process.  LINK

One comment on “Court process and structure
  1. Can this court reverse a lower court decision, if the lower court clearly abused there discretion, if the judge violated there oath of office, and the human rights were violated, along with many other rights being violated? Thank you.
